I think that bicyclists in the Hill/Navy Yard area should place large planter boxes with flowers in them out in the street where all of cars park. That would draw a huge chorus of complaints from all of the car addicted [some of these people have 3-4 cars] city dwellers who think that free parking and easy cheap motoring is their constitutional right.It's about time they got out and walked or biked somewhere.

There was an art collective who "rented" a parking space by paying the meter. Then they swooped in and built a small park in it - but just for two hours.
