Missing cyclist found

This is kind of a non-story now (I have a backlog going if you haven't noticed) but a cyclists who was reported missing found her way home three days later.

Farah Malik, 22, returned home to Sterling on Saturday after being reported missing last week. An investigation by the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office showed that she left on her own accord and had been staying with friends.

Malik had last been seen by her family the morning of July 9, and she was reported missing that day. She had left her home on Rock Hill Road for her job in Herndon. She typically rode her bike on the Washington and Old Dominion Trail to get to work.

Sheriff's officers, along with the Herndon and Fairfax police departments, searched the W&OD Trail for several hours after she was reported missing.
