On Wednesday, May 27, come hear a free discussion with
parking guru Dr. Donald Shoup, author of “The High Cost of Free
Parking.” Dr. Shoup will discuss how reforms to city parking policies
can lead to a better pedestrian environment, cleaner air and streets,
safer shopping districts and even fewer headaches for drivers. The
community forum will take place from 6 to 8 pm on Wednesday, May 27 at
the George Washington Masonic Memorial in the Memorial Theatre (101
Callahan Drive, 22301).
