In what appears to be an effort to keep drivers from using this bridge, giant boulders were placed on the ends of the trail. In addition to blocking access to everyone, they didn't work. One of the boulders appears to have been hit hard enough to move it onto the bridge, damaging the railing in the process. A center bollard is needed.
