There was another incident involving the W&OD flasher (or flashers I suppose). That would be the seventh known such assault this year.
It's not enough, in my opinion, to garner the "Dangerous Trail" label they give in the opening graphic, but it is a reason to be vigilant.
No one has been physically harmed in these [flashing] cases but the W & OD, which stretches across a large part of northern Virginia, has had a history of crimes from muggings to sexual assaults.
Not to make light of what is a real issue, but perhaps someone was trying to report a lost PB SuperFlash, and the message got misconstrued? [shrugs] LOL
