These two guys brought their Capital Bikeshare bikes with them to the mall at 3 hours, that will start to add up.

Saw a couple chained to lightposts outside the rally. I guess it might be worth something to guarantee you'd have a bike available to get home, but $20+ seems a little excessive.

I saw some CaBi bike chained up as well. I wasn't sure whether it had to do with full docks downtown or what?

We took CaBi to the rally and I had to try three stations before I found an empty spot to dock the bike. It was awesome to zip down there and beat the crowds back out of downtown, though - it made my day! I wonder if the system ridership was anything record-breaking on Saturday?

I saw three people trying to bring their CaBi bikes into the rally. I informed them that the security people wold not allow it and that the bike rates escallate every half hour. They said they knew about the rates and kept going anyway.
