Falls Church's Pedestrian, Bicycle and Traffic Calming Strategic Implementation Plan

Falls Church is developing a Pedestrian, Bicycle and Traffic Calming Strategic Implementation Plan. So far they've done some data collection and they plan to have community meetings in the spring. They're also developing a Safe Routes to Schools plan. There are two maps available. One shows bicycle destinations (Broadville Valley Shopping Center and the Metro Station were the top two) and the other shows places where bike parking is needed.

Now I feel kind of vindicated because I recently sent an email to Falls Church Yoga complaining about how their bicycle parking consists of large light posts in the middle of a parking lot. They are pretty close to one of the dots in the picture indicating insufficient parking.
