If you ride past the new MPD evidence building on the trail that connects Blue Plains in DC to the Oxon Hill NP trail (towards Wilson Bridge) can you let me know if that trail has been repaved or is it still just plywood laid on the ground?

plywoods gone. its all pavement. lousy pavment, paved poorly and insufficient depth the rest of the trail is horrible; an embarassment. kinda like most trails in the region, including sidepaths in MoCo
