I doubt he's commuting to work if he's on the air at 4:30 a.m., but I guess if you have to put on the fancy clothes, you probably don't crush them into a backpack like I do with my khakis and polo shirt.

Those bags are for storing all of the high-priced electronics and women's jewelry that Joe Krebs steals from homes that abut area bike trails. Bike trails DO bring crime - in the form of Joe Krebs.
