I believe this is actually still Holmes Run and the structure is more accurately an underpass. The Holmes Run Trail has true tunnels father north under Van Dorn St and I-395. Nice photo!

Out of view in the background is the nearly completed underpass which will connect the Holmes Run Trail and the Eisenhower Avenue trail.
