This is about a 1000' from Old Gunpowder road. You get to this head via an established MNCPPC path.

There was this link from a WC post a week or two ago. Might not have the detail necessary to navigate though.
Looks like the trail in the photo is in the general area of the Paint Branch Trail by Fairland Regional Park.
