Cap Corridor officials say they intend to implement tighter policies on where bikes can be stored and how many are allowed. That may mean, they say, some would-be train riders with bikes will be told they cannot board.
"We are going to work as hard as we can to avoid that," Cap Corridor's Jim Allison said.
