- Capital Bikeshare has announced a monthly payment plan for annual members ($7 a month as opposed to $75 a year) to help those for whom coming up with the money upfront is problematic and they're going to start selling helmets online to members for $16.
- It appears that during Prince William County's Street Smart Campaign, police gave out nearly 1300 tickets, none of them to cyclists.
