- Bethesda to get 100 new bike parking spaces "The first two new racks, which will provide about 20 new parking spots, will be unveiled May 18 at the corner of Woodmont and Bethesda avenues, organizers said. All of the new racks are scheduled to be installed by mid-June."
- Many MSM outlets pick up the bike recovery via Craigslist story. Sadly, the guy selling the stolen bike is still selling other bikes.
Speaking of bike thefts and Craig's List, check out this story from LA - a theft ring was targeting bike owners based on ads on Craig's List and posts on Facebook.

Does anyone know if Metro will be opening early on Sunday to accommodate folks going to BikeDC?
(Yes, I know I should bike to the starting line, and I may well end up doing that if Metro is inevitably single-tracking....)
