From the cycling advocate POV, that is a lot of bikes for "nobody bikes"
Also, how much space do they take up versus the cars.
Finally, if there was a war on cars, why aren't the bikes parked on the road? If cars can park on the road, blocking both cars and bikes, isn't the war being waged BY cars, not ON cars?
