the POLICE are intiating social change???!!! pleeeeeze.
MPD ought enforce the speed limit and the hands free law and the three foot passing law --- NONE OF WHICH THEY DO EXCEPT AS EXCEPTIONS!!!

Don't be silly. Everyone knows that driver behavior will never change, you just have to accept it.
Now go out there and play by the rules that we created to privilege drivers.
