This is a draft post that has been sitting open for since October 2011.
But I don't really remember what happened on the last WABGRAD. There were no crashes, no injuries and no mechanical problems, so that was good. Our girl to guy ratio hit an all-time high. At just about the halfway point we were flagged down by Clif Grandy - a reader of the blog who lives on the route - who served us beverages and gave us candy bars and so that was a real treat. We had one hiccup when I planned to take us off the Anacostia Trail and onto 52nd Avenue, only to find that a gate was closed. We used the trail access at Lloyd street instead, which is probably the only time I'll ever use that. Next time, maybe we'll be able to continued along the Anacostia instead. There was some incident with a driver who drove too close or passed to aggresively and we took a photo of the car because of that, but I really don't remember why. Every year the "hard part" seems less hard. And every year I count the hills and then forget how many there are.
Good times.

Bad Driver? Who knows?

It was a great day for a fun ride that took me on many roads I had never ridden on before.
