One County Board Member asked staff about whether the Army Navy Country Club connection beneath I-395 was explicitly included in the CIP. Staff responded that it wasn't explicitly, but could be built using funds allocated for BikeArlington or WalkArlington. Though after stating that, he noted that there probably wasn't enough money allocated to those programs to complete the trail connection AND do their normal line-up of programming. Might be a good project for others to remind staff and the board about.

PS - This was at last night's County Board Work Session discussing the Transportation portion of the CIP.
