The new connection to the Anacostia River Trail is a wonderful idea. I think anything that "heals the scar" of 295 cutting thru the city is a huge positive thing and as someone who loves the river I think it's too bad that it's not very accessible to EoTR residents. Anyways hope this finds funding someday soon. Was confused on whether east capitol is bike lanes or cycle track? Maybe sone of both?

East Cap would have cycletracks but only on the east end
