This is the first time I've ever heard of this happening...
A cyclist has been charged with second-degree vehicular homicide after a woman was killed in a collision with a tractor-trailer when she swerved to avoid the bicycle.
And one of the few times I've heard of this happening either...
Baltimore City Circuit Judge John Themelis sentenced Keon Stokes, 29, of Baltimore, to a total of 36 years in prison for second-degree murder in the death of a bicyclist.
I have no reason to be careful because I niether I come across bicycles on the road nor I am a bicyclist.I didn't understand the main idea of your post. Please post something better.

I have a double of whatever hitesh is consuming.
Regarding the cyclist charged with vehicular homicide, it's worth noting that he apparently ran a stop sign.

This would be the second incident I have heard of in the past year where a motorist was killed by trying to avoid a cyclist. The first incident involved a drunken cyclist. Never did hear if there were charges filed though.
