Streetfilms has a few new biking films. This one, where a bike mechanic walks around and grades bike locking. It makes one glad that D.C. doesn't (yet) have as bad a bike thief problem as NYC - I mean even David Byrne isn't safe (Hey jerk, that is not your beautiful bike!). Nor are America's Cup Participants.
a certain 280-pound mastman had his bicycle stolen the night before, only to glimpse the hapless thief pedaling by outside the pub, leading to a comical chase with three Oracle crew in full team regalia running the guy down in an alley, where he threw the bike down and scampered over a fence.
There's also this one showing off the Berkeley Bike Station, which should give one an idea of what the D.C. Bike Station will be like. They're hoping to get their station storage up to 300 bikes.
