City Paper's Best Local Bike Blog 2009
At first I read this as "work bike", not as "working bike". I guess a working bike is any bike used at work? I always distinguished a work bike by the ability to carry heavy loads. The one basket in the photo has no axle supports. To me, this was just a bunch of boardwalk / beach cruisers. (Unless Acting is Working.)
