Braking the Cycle is coming to town March 29th and 30th with two great training rides (in conjunction with The Bike Rack – www.bikerackdc.com) and a special Ride Preview just for DC-area riders, with free treats donated by Sticky Fingers Bakery (www.stickyfingersbakery.com)!

The Training Rides:
- Saturday morning beginner- and intermediate-level group ride from the Bike Rack (1412 Q Street NW). Meet at 10:00 am; the ride leaves at 10:15. The ride distance is approximately 20 to 40 miles (will depend on who is riding) and the average pace is 12 to 14 mph. RSVP at http://www.brakingthecycle.org.
- Sunday Training Ride - Meet at 8:30 am at the Bike Rack (1412 Q Street NW). This is a "no rider left behind," 40-mile, moderately-paced ride, and a longer (60+) more aggressive ride.

any questions you may have about Braking the Cycle, and Sticky Fingers
Bakery is donating yummy baked goods to nosh on at the end of the ride.

Braking the Cycle is hosting a ride preview on Saturday afternoon, March 29th. Join us for 90 minutes and we will go over all the details of the ride:
- The route
- The support you can expect leading up to and on the event
- How to train and fundraise
- The amazing work being done by The Center in the fight against HIV/AIDS
