This is a reminder that WABA'S Annual Membership Meeting is this Wednesday, July 23rd from 6pm-8pm at the Josephine Butler Center in NW Washington DC.
The evening will begin with a short reception (with snacks) in honor of this year's WABA Award recipients, followed by a 2007 retrospective and volunteer and advocacy awards. After the awards, we will conduct a brief open forum where members will have an opportunity to ask questions of the WABA staff and board and express their concerns about bicycling in the Washington region. Following the forum we will introduce current board members who will be asked to talk briefly about their involvement in WABA. We will then introduce candidates for the 2008 board, who will also be asked to give brief remarks. As a reminder, the following board members are up for re-election. Kendall, Barbara, Randal and Dana.

adjacent to Meridian Hill Park. We will make sure there is a staff or
board member at the front door to greet you, but in the event that you
