This is pretty outrageous. Maybe they need a critical mass for bike parking... Leave a bike in every parking spot at town hall until there's no parking left.

I bike through Herndon all the time on the W&OD. There are not adequate bike racks now. I have chained up to trees and posts. I guess I'll keep biking and deprive Herndon of my business, unless the Councilman rethinks or commits to putting in adequate bike racks so that people don't have to chain up to "whatever."
