Yesterday, Transportation leaders announced that Key Bridge will also be closed to car traffic. That means 14th, Memorial, TR and Key are all closed. It does appear that bikes will still be allowed
but you can expect the sidewalks/MUPs to be filled with pedestrians, so it looks like Commonwealthers will be walking their bikes. You might be able to bike in the road on Memorial or Key, but I'm unsure. There isn't a lot of direction coming out honestly.
You can add Chain Bridge to that list now too, though it sounds like bikes/peds won't be allowed on Chain Bridge (emergency vehicles and mass transit only per the Post article).

I was dismayed watching Fox 5 News last night when they were reporting all the bridge closures and the security area, that they NEVER mentioned where bikes would be allowed. I know for a normal story it's not something they might report on, but you'd figure with officials actually telling people to bike or walk, they would tell you on the news whether or not bikes would be allowed across the bridges and into the security area. They never mentioned it. They just said "you can't drive in this area or across this bridges, and metro is encouraged though it will be completely packed."
Thanks FOX 5. You have been helpful as always.
