The League of American Bicyclists announced 34 new 'Bicycle Friendly Businesses' and two of them are in the DC area.
Toole Design Group LLC in Hyattsville, MD; a transportation planning and engineering company (they helped with the DC Bicycle Master Plan and the Anacostia Riverwalk Trail design)
The World Bank in Washington, DC
Consider using them for all your transportation planning and developing world financial needs.
I'm scratching my head about the Bank getting such an honor. I worked there for 3 years - biked just about every day for the last year and a half.
They do provide a good amount of rack space inside the security-protected underground garages, but otherwise nothing particularly special.

They have an unbelievable amount of bicycle parking in every garage, and most buildings have shower and locker facilities for cyclists.
Do any other workplaces in the city have that?
