I was at Home Depot last week (they don't have crushed stone stabilizer at Frager's) and some guy in the parking lot asked me if I knew where they were painting a mural in the area. I thought to myself "Wow, did you find the right guy. I get a newsletter every week about it." Anyway, the mural is finished.

Further Met Branch Trail Updates
New York to Franklin Street moving forward: The trail section from New York to Franklin Street is moving forward. The ramp connecting the trail to 8th Street is completed as are 2 seating walls. The trail from R Street to Rhode Island Avenue is being graded in preparation for paving.
Rhode Island Ave. ped/bike bridge: After a brief pause, the design for the Rhode Island Ave. ped/bike bridge has begun again!
