Planners with the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission invited residents' feedback on a draft of the Lanham, Seabrook and Glenn Dale Sector Plan and Sectional Map Amendment during a community meeting March 26 (isn't this fun? Revisiting the recent past). The was the next step in an ongoing effort to redesign the Sector Plan.
Some of which sounds good, especially to me since I often bike to the New Carrollton Metro along 450. Though I was disappointed to see them using the old Level of Service ranking which largely considers how many cars a road can move and how fast instead of how many people and how safely. At least this isn't a transit blog - that would have less to report
