So what is up with the contra-flow lane? It was full of parked cars last nigh....

I am very concerned with the implementation of this bike lane. I live on 15th Street and witnessed cars parked in the bike lane all weekend. The fact that cones are still up, I have hope that DDOT has more work to do to make it clear that the bike lane is a NO parking zone. Am I being naive? Is this just another waste of money that won't work as intended?

It's way too early to call it a failure. I don't think DDOT is done yet.
