There's more bike parking back here, though it doesn't look quite open yet. The Union Station theater sign should either be removed or re-purposed (as a bike related art project or perhaps as a billboard for DDOT bike information?).

Because bikes are lock to the railing? Yeah the station wasn't open until after the ceremony (though some people got their bikes in early) and there were a lot of cyclists there obviously and the racks in this photo were roped off.
