One Less Car is having it's 13th Annual Symposium at which they'll cover many bicycle and pedestrian topics, as well as, presentations on smart commuting/alternative transportation initiatives. One thing they'll go over is their legislative agenda which includes a 3 foot passing rule, an end to the mandatory shoulder use law and a Manslaughter by Motor Vehicle bill (and more). The Symposium is tomorrow in Annapolis and it's free.
