I was riding along Anacostia Drive SE and I noticed they've cleared and created a base for the ART from where the bridge over the railroad tracks will someday end to the Douglass Bridge. There is one section in the middle where they haven't done this, but it appears that there they are moving the road away from the water so the trail might go where the road is now.
