Cyclist hit last week dies from injuries

The cyclist who was hit by a car in Fairfax County on Nov. 14 died from his injuries early yesterday morning at a local hospital, Fairfax police say. His name was Christopher Benton. He lived in Alexandria and was 51 years old.

This was not a hit and run as I erroneously reported earlier.
