Still there as of this afternoon, and has had some flowers and two red bows added onto the bike frame.

It's gone. VDOT left the following notice: "Memorial Removed by VDOT any questions call: 1-703-339-1444"

As an alternative to the now-missing ghost bike, perhaps a memorial sign can be attached to the traffic light post.
