Did everyone have Butler and VCU in their bracket's final four? Me neither.

I had used the 12th and Independence station last week. It was enormous -- 24 bikes?
And glad staff will be just be assisting day customers.

I picked Butler and VCU... OK, not really.
More winter precipitation on Wednesday too. Average highs for D.C. in late March are around 60-61, not 40-45 like we'll have this week. Not exactly ideal spring riding weather.
