On the W&OD this past Saturday, I think between Sterling and Ashburn, I noticed a new bridge being built above the trail. An illuminated sign warned, "SETTING STEEL, EXPECT DELAYS" with, IIRC, dates of 06-27 to 07-05. Anyone know what that's about?
Sorry I'm not more specific. I should have written down the exact location or at least taken a picture or something.

I was looking up Pacific avenue, but that already has a bridge.
