You probably mean Landover Hills. There is no town of Landover.

It's a visual buffer. Pedestrians might find shapely booty distracting.

All you need to know about the biking to school case is that it began with a driver complaining to police that he didn't like having to pass a slow cyclist and it ended with the kids parents being threatened with child abuse.

This won't be much of a surprise to area cyclists (or drivers for that matter):


In a round about way, its good to see that Landover police can now see what we cyclists complain about being "invisible" to others.
