Good afternoon
- "The U.S. Anti-Doping Agency brought formal doping charges against former cyclist Lance Armstrong in an action that could cost him his seven Tour de France titles, according to a letter sent to Armstrong and several others Tuesday."
- Meanwhile 2010 Tour de France Champion Andy Shleck has pulled out of the race due to a spine injury he sustained earlier this year. Contador is also not competing this year because of his doping scandal.
- Most CaBi trips appear to be faster than their comparable transit trips.
- CaBi bikes along the route of the Air Force Cycling Classic.
- Biking is fun.
It will be wierd not to have Contador or A. Schleck there (or Chris Horner for that matter).
But, it's going to come down to Wiggins v. Evans. And if you've been watching Bradley Wiggins at all this season, he's going to be the one to beat this year. He already beat Cadel Evans at the Criterium de Dauphine. His TT skills are amazing. I'd say he's the next Lance Armstrong, but that wouldn't be very kind right now, would it?
