I am genuinely ignorant on VO, so could their be a political reason why he has delayed? Would doing anything pro-bike be spun as part of implementing THE PLAN?

@SJE I'm not aware that VO has ever made a direct public statement about it.

This has nothing to do with Vincent Orange. It's a Christmas video promoting the new software suite on the Samsung Galaxy Note tablet. But the entire video is about bikes!
