Do you think Sunday night at the Oscars will be the last time William Shatner plays Captain Kirk? If so, it's an odd performance for the character to go out on. Like ending Star Wars with the Christmas Special.

The Boston case was notable in that the driver's prior record was not admitted into evidence. I believe that would have swung it.

Gondolas don't get dockblocked. The station near my house is all but useless for reliable commuting since it is very often empty in the morning and full in the evening - hopefully things will change this year with the new station installations.
