I don't think you need to be "like minded" to support the Sandy Hook riders. They've suffered an enormous loss in that community and their views deserve a respectful hearing. I think we'd equally welcome the "responsible gun owners for sensible regulations to keep the most dangerous weapons out of the hands of the most dangerous people without unduly restricting the gun ownership rights of responsible people" if they rode through town too.

Isn't the comet supposed to be a bit higher in the sky in a couple days, near the crescent Moon? That's what I read last week. It might be too cloudy to see anything tonight.

I don't know, I heard the moon would be a problem. Last night was when we should have looked for it.

I did look for the comet yesterday, but there were too many clouds on the horizon to see anything. Clouds could be a problem for the next few days as well.

I wonder if blocking out the Moon will help. Since all I have to do is hold out my hand to do this, I'll give it a shot. If it doesn't work, no big deal.
