Good morning

• DC has actually done very well for itself with TIGER funding per capita, but Virginia and Maryland not so much. Maybe the Route 110 trail or the Long Bridge Park connection can get some funding. 
• DCist to cover cycling less. WAMU more. 
• "Teams of four agency employees will wield hand-held stop signs at selected intersections this summer, and remind both bike-share users and commuting cyclists to follow the rules."
