Does anyone know where this is? It looks like it might be northbound right after the bridge crossing at Alexandria Avenue. If so, you can almost understand how a motorist might have been confused--except for the signage and lines, I always thought it looked deceptively like an extension of the road.

That's what bollards are for--situations where there's a demonstrated need. And this is a flex post, rather than a kill-me post, so two thumbs up.
