Be sure to wear light colors-- like white or yellow-- and, in honor of Fireflies, join us for a flight through the city to enjoy simple pleasures on a calm night. Though you should bring your own lights as well, we will pass out glow sticks so that everyone can shine like tiny stars and illuminate our path.
After meeting at the shop (1019 7th St NW) at 8pm, the moonlight will guide our brilliant swarm through the city. The ride will go at a casual pace covering roughly 10 miles and will finish with a grand spread of ice cream and fixins' for making sundaes. It will be a perfect way to cool off as the Full Moon coincides with the Summer Solstice.
