I don't think Ridescout is "solving" the Dock Block problem, but they are making it easier to adjust to.
With Ridescout integration, users can now allow the app to alert them in real-time when docks are full and when they've reached 25 minutes of their 30 free minutes of use. "No more overtime on the bike. No more dock block," Kopser said. "We'll reroute you to the next closest station to your destination."
