Regarding the up coming primary elections in Montgomery County I have to put in support for:
Hans Riemer for County Council. He has far an above done more for cycling than any other running for the County Council.
Ike Leggett for County Executive. He proposed a lot of cycling items and when I complained about one being left out, he actually invited me to a meeting instead of ignoring my response as so many County politicians have in the past. In the end he supported Parks plans to adjust the budget and include the trail project.
He's done a great job of cutting spending and still building and maintaining amenities and infrastructure in the County.
