I only mention this because Cantor has been an opponent of bike sharing in the District, and everywhere else, and also Safe Routes to Schools.
Not that I suspect Brat to be any better.

It's a seriously gerrymandered district, but at least having someone even more extreme than Cantor gives Trammel a shot.
