From a recent solicitation:
The M-NCPPC/Prince George's County Department of Parks and Recreation is seeking qualified professional consulting firms to prepare a Trails Master Plan for the Prince George's County park system.
Bids are due July 25th. This is a good sign, and hopefully it can build on the plans DC made as part of MoveDC.
The RFP mentions that this is to build on other recent plans, like the 2009 Master Transportation plan
