This is at the district building at judiciary square. It used to be that when I went there, mine was the only bike at the rack. Now I have trouble finding a space. Apparently I'm not alone, and they've had to put up a sign telling cyclists not to lock their bike to the wheelchair railing. What they need, is more bike parking (or at least more cowbell).
Holy crap, did you see Bishop Cook evidently blew a .22? It's in the Sun. She's being charged with manslaughter.

Thanks to the investigating officers for not sweeping THIS one under the rug.
Now if we only would have the fortitude to stop these dangerous drivers at the very first indication of their homocidal behavior BEFORE they kill someone.

It always annoys me that the District Building is the one place in DC where you're not allowed to park on the sidewalk (general rule in DC is as long as you don't block traffic you can lock to any object other than a tree on the sidewalk.)

I am eternally grateful for our bike racks in a secure parking garage, even if the racks themselves aren't bolted down.
